more about teams in the field
Teams in the Field™ has been inspired by the success of “Out in the Field” (OITF) a not-for-profit initiative providing retreats for health & care workers run at the The Quadrangle in Kent.
The Out in the Field retreat day has already helped thousands of healthcare workers to reset their mental and physical wellbeing and rebuild healthy team connections.
At the heart of the project is the belief that we need to care for the carers in our society - and the Out in the Field project does this by offering nature-connectedness and wellbeing away days for healthcare workers. Our aim is to fund more retreats through Teams in the Field™ days - giving clients the opportunity to “Pay it forward”.
